This year was Branson's first Father's day. Luckily it falls on a Sunday, which is his only day off. We LOVE Sunday's around here. We had the chance to go to a playoff game in San Antonio thanks to his manager, but B decided he would rather just relax and spend the day with me and our sweet boy. I was shocked he turned that down. However it was a 3.5 hour drive and Parker's bedtime is 7 p.m., so we would have had one cranky baby and one cranky husband having to work the next day. So although the day wasn't super eventful, it was awesome getting to spend it together as a family.
I'm so thankful for this wonderful man.
From day one he has been nothing but the best dad to Parker.
Thinking back to when Parks was born,
I don't think I changed a single diaper until he was about 3 days old...
Branson couldn't wait to be a dad and wanted to spend every second with him.
Whether it was comforting Parker or changing his diaper/clothes after a huge blow out,
B was the first one there.
He has taught me so much about love and motherhood.
He is such a fun-loving dad and adores Parker like CRAZY.
I love watching them together and I am beyond grateful that Parks has B as his daddy.
He's one lucky kid!
