We are now living in Chesapeake, Virginia for the summer. Yep, another summer adventure in another state. I am pretty excited about being on the east coast. I have been to Connecticut and New York but other than that, I haven't seen much of this side of the country. I'm pretty excited to explore with my little man by my side. My big man too, when he's not working, of course.
Parker and I flew home to California for another visit before heading out for the next four months. It was a fun filled couple weeks! Branson flew out to spend Easter with my family and then we all flew back to Virginia together. That was one heck of a day traveling. Parker did incredibly well, but lets just say I am so glad it is over!
Mandy had her shower for baby Hope and I am so glad I was able to make it. It was the most beautiful shower I have ever seen. The Perkins house (her in-laws) have such a beautiful yard and they went all out with this shower. That girl definitely deserved every bit of it! Love you Mandalyn.
{Sorry for the mouthful of hair, Parks.}
{View more pictures from the shower HERE!}
I was also able to make it to my girl Rachaels bridal shower. The day has finally come for Rach and Shane to tie the knot. Can't wait for the wedding!
{Sadly I didn't get a picture with the bride...ill make up for it at the wedding!}
Another gorgeous shower. Good work Paigey!
We also got to meet up with Cory, Lynds, and Rowe for dinner one night! They were in town for the weekend and I am SO glad I got to see these three. Sure miss having them live next door :(
Are they not the cutest?!^
We spent Easter in Palm Springs with my family.
My aunt and uncle just bought a gorgeous house out there and we got to enjoy the beautiful weather.
Parker hadn't been in the pool since last summer so we took a little dip.
After a little hesitation, he loved it! Such a little fish.
We of course spent tons of time with family-- especially Nana and Papa.
Parker has loads of fun at their houses.
Loves to wear Papas glasses. He really loves his Papa SO much. They are so cute together.
He loves his Nana and LoLo too, even though you can't quite tell here. ha!
We met up for dinner one night at Lonestar Steakhouse.
More posts to come.
